Okay app
This app tries to bring attention to staying hydrated with a cute idea, but its based on a terrible concept. It basically reminds you in repeated intervals throughout the day to drink a glass of water (every 2 hours, an alarm goes off for example). Not only is the fact that we should drink 8 glasses a day a myth, it also shouldnt be done at intervals, but rather constantly throughout the day at any time.
